2. Purpose of Data Processing

The purpose of data processing is:

  • managing email subscriptions,
  • sending informational and marketing messages,
  • maintaining contact with interested parties.

3. Scope of Processed Data

The Provider processes only the following data:

  • email address

No other personal data is required, and the Provider does not request any.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for data processing is:

  • the voluntary consent of the data subject

(Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

5. Storage and Processing of Data

Subscribers' email addresses are stored and managed in the Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) system.

Brevo acts as a data processor and complies with European Union data protection regulations.

6. Data Transfer

The Provider:

  • does not sell the data,
  • does not share the data with third parties,
  • uses the data solely for its own communication purposes.

7. Data Retention Period

Email addresses are processed by the Provider until:

  • the data subject unsubscribes, or
  • withdraws their consent.

In case of unsubscription, the data is deleted immediately.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

The data subject has the right to:

  • request information about their processed data,
  • request correction or deletion of their data,
  • withdraw their consent,
  • file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

10. Unsubscription

Every sent email contains an automatic unsubscription option.
